So, it’s true. I’m officially looking for some part-time contributors to lend their voices in a more consistent way.
It’s also the obvious next step in growing the community here. I know nothing about being a military mom, or balancing grad school with motherhood — but many of you do. And I’d love for you to share your perspectives, tips, and experiences.
If you’d like to be a part of this growing space and you have some writing background, drop a note to michelle@earlymama.com. (Subject line: Early Mama Contributor) I’m only looking for a select number of writers in very specific niches, so tell me a little bit about your story. Send me your URLs. Give me a couple of post ideas from your perspective. You don’t have to be under 25, or an outcast in your community — heck, you don’t even have to be a woman. (Any Early Dads out there?) Just someone with a unique voice to share.
And then let’s chat.
If it doesn’t work out for a contributor spot, I’d still love to spotlight you (and your story/your blog/your business) here. So e-mail me!

I’m a mother of four, as of last Tuesday — just had my second girl with my second husband (our other girl is 15 months old). I also have primary custody of my two boys, ages 7 and 8, from my first marriage. I live out family blending, the big family life and attempts to learn from and balance it all.

First of all, congratulations on your baby girl! And second of all, holy cow!
